Uzhhorod National University (UzhNU)

UzhNU is located in Zakarpatska oblast, Ukraine. Among all the other faculties of Uzhhorod, The Medical faculty of Uzhhorod National University is the largest. It has also played a crucial role not just in development of the university but also in the health care in the whole Zakarpatska oblast province. Ever since its existence the Medical Faculty of UzhNU has graduated its enrolled students 60 times and therefor it has educated and trained more than 7600 doctors who have not just served in Ukraine but all over the world.
Cherkasy National University (CNU) is officially known as The Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy. It is located in Cherkasy (Central Ukraine) and is one of the prominent universities of Ukraine. Cherkasy National University is more than 95 years old comprising more than 6,000 students that attain 54 specialties every year which include Philology, Physics, Mathematics, Pedagogical and Social Sciences, Arts, Economics, IT-technologies, as well as Natural Sciences. Presently, it consists of eight institutes and two faculties or academic departments.
Sumy State University was founded in 1948 off the coast of beautiful Lake Chekha. Sumy State University ranks among the top 100 universities in the evolving and emerging Europe as well as in the Central Asian region in the QS University Rankings: EECA 2016 and it is also listen among the top 1000 universities in the QS World University Rankings® 2018 edition. Rated three QS stars, SSU has attained the maximum five QS stars in “Online”, “Teaching” “Inclusiveness” and “Social Responsibilities” categories. Sumy State University teaches more than 16,000 students including 1,300 students from over 50 different countries.
Founded in 1804 V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University is perhaps one of the oldest universities in whole of Eastern Europe. It was founded on the initiative of one of the most noticeable educator of the region V.N. Karazin and it was in accordance with the charter of Tsar Alexander I. Kharkiv University is the only university in Ukraine that has the honor of trained and educated as well as employed three of the famous Nobel Prize laureates: the biologist I. Mechnikov, the economist S. Kuznets, and the physicist L. Landau.
Ranked within top 650 universities of the world KNU is the third oldest university of Ukraine. Currently its structure consists of 15 faculties and five institutes. During the Soviet era, Kiev State University was ranked among the top-three universities in the whole USSR. Even today it is ranked as the best university in Ukraine in many National rankings.
