One of the leading university for Aviation and Aerospace engineering is Kharkiv Aerospace University also known as (Kharkiv Aviation Institute) which provide quality education and enhance the skills of students for aviation and aerospace programs. ‘Kharkiv Aviation Institute’ Zhukovsky National Aerospace University, one of the leading educational institutions of the public education system of the USSR, now Ukraine, develops specialists in the design and manufacture of aerospace equipment. Founded in 1930 through the allocation of KPI’s aviation faculty. It is situated in the former capital of Ukraine, Kharkiv.
History
Kharkiv Aviation Institute was founded in 1930 and it had two programs initially when started, which were aircraft and engine design. The development of the institute went so fast. Its history is firmly associated with the advancement of airplane designing & science. The University is well known for its formation of the first in Europe high-speed plane with retractable landing gear and the making of the plan of the turbojet motor created by instructor of the KhAI A. M. Liulka who subsequently turned into the academician and originator of numerous constructions of airplane motors including the driving force of the airplane Su-27.

Kharkiv Aviation Institute is an extraordinary higher instructive foundation where the planes created by the Institute Design Bureau under the oversight of teacher I. G. Neman were created sequentially at the airplane plants and run on traveler carriers. The KhAI is a one of a kind higher instructive institute where the planes created by the Institute Design Bureau under the management of educator I. G. KhAI co-executes these projects with universities and companies in the USA, Japan, Germany, France, Mexico, and China. The University is involved in the “Alfa” international space station development program. More than 300 foreign citizens from 25 countries in Asia, Africa, and America are educated annually in the KhAI training of foreign students in 1992.
The KhAI covers the city’s separate territory in the forest-part region, with an area of approximately 25 hectares. The University has 8 academic buildings, 1 ml volume in the stock library, campus, research institutes and laboratories, sports complex, swimming pool, dining halls, bank, garden for children, first aid prevention clinic, etc.
21st century – The century of aviation and astronautics is becoming more rapidly evolving. Scientists and university professors are confident and positive about the future and eager to solve any time-consuming problems.

To get an Invitation Letter from any University of Ukraine we require the following documents:
- Copy of International passport.
- Copy of High School Certificates.
- Copy of Bachelor Degree (if student is applying for Master’s degree).
- Invitation Charges 280 US$.
- Courier Charges 100 US$.
You can transfer payment to us by bank transfer or directly in our office. After receiving the documents and payment. we shall send you the invitation letter, admission letter and visa support letter by courier.
After getting invitation letter from '12 Consultants' students should contact the nearest Ukrainian Embassy or Consulate. Students can contact our local representative office also for visa information and they will assist students for their visa. Student should apply to Ukrainian Embassy with the following documents:
- Original Invitation letter
- Original international passport (valid for one year)
- Higher Secondary School certificate (translated into Ukrainian language)
- Birth Certificate (translated into Ukrainian language)
- Medical Certificate showing absence of Aids/HIV (translated into Ukrainian language) • Medical Certificate showing physical and mental fitness (translated into Ukrainian language)
- 8 Passport size Photos.
- Bank Statement
- Police Certificate (Character Clearance Certificate)
- Air Ticket Reservation.
- Travel Insurance.
After getting visa from Ukrainian Embassy or Consulate, students should inform us about his/her flight details with date and arrival time. One of our representatives shall receive the student at the airport. In case student will not inform us about his/her arrival, he/she shall be deported back to homeland.

Kyiv National Economic University provides accommodation for international students in university hostels. In total, KNEU has 5 dormitories, of which 2 are specifically for international students.
Foreign students live in hostels No 2 and 6.
