STEP 3: How To Get Hungarian Study VISA From Pakistan?

After getting an invitation letter from 12 Consultants, students should contact the Consular Department of the Embassy of Hungarian Federation located in Islamabad.

Students can also contact our local representative office for further information about Hungarian Student Visa.

Students should apply to Hungarian Embassy with the following documents:

Submission and Receiving Days

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. 12 PM – 2:00 PM
Students must get prior appointment.

STEP 4: ARRIVAL

After obtaining study visa from the Hungarian Embassy, students should reserve flight ticket according to their travel plans. Students should contact us about preferable airports & cheap airlines.
One of University’s representative will welcome the student at the airport. In case student will not inform us about his/her arrival, he/she will be deported back to the homeland by the Immigration Authorities of Hungary.

STEP 5: UNIVERSITY REGISTRATION & START OF CLASSES

After Arrival in Hungary, Student should submit the full package of documents and first-year expenses as written on Admission Confirmation Letter. Our International Office staff will complete all the formalities so that you could start your classes in 4-5 working days. International Office will also extend the visa from Home Office.
