Arrival
It is advisable to book all flights as soon as possible because the beginning of the academic year is a busy time to travel to Ukraine.
It is compulsory for every student to inform us about his/her flight details because if our representative will not be at the airport to receive him/her, student shall be deported back to homeland.
Students who got their Ukraine visa has to inform us about their arrival details so that our University representative can receive the students at the airport. Please send us the scan copy of the booked ticket.
Note: Airport Receiving Letter can only be issued on behalf of Flight Details (Confirmed Ticket Reservation).
We are advising the students to come to Kyiv International Airport (Zhuliany), Boryspil International Airport, or Odesa International Airport. it is convenient for us to receive the students.
The flights flying to Kyiv are Turkish Airways, Ukraine International Airlines, Qatar Airways, Fly Dubai, Air Arabia, Aerosvit, Aeroflot, KLM, Lufthansa, Air-France, Austrian Airlines.
