STEPS OF ADMISSIONS

To get admission in any University of Ukraine there are three steps:

STEP 1: HOW TO GET AN ADMISSION LETTER?

To get an ADMISSION LETTER from any University of Ukraine we require the following documents:

STEP 2: HOW TO GET INVITATION LETTER?

To get an Invitation Letter from any University of Ukraine we require the following documents:

Note: Students can visit our nearest office in their region to provide documents. Also, they can pay the Admission Fee BY-HAND or directly in our company bank account.

STEP 3: How To Get Ukraine Study VISA From Pakistan?

After getting an invitation letter from 12 Consultants students should contact the nearest Ukrainian Embassy or Consulate or VFS Global (Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi).

Students can contact our local representative office also for visa information and they will assist students with all necessary information for obtaining the visa.

Note: For submitting the Visa file, students have to contact the nearest VFS Global Office (Jerry’s Office) which is located in Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi.

The visa category for Ukraine Student Visa is a D-type multi-entry visa.

Visa Process at VFS Global:

Visa Application Centers working hours are 08:00 hrs. – 18:00 hrs. (Monday to Friday except for weekends and holidays)

Note: Minors (applicants, under 18 years old) cannot submit or collect their applications without their parents or legal guardians. For application and receiving the visa, parents/guardians have to be there with proper proof of guardianship.

What Is Ukraine Visa Fee For Pakistani Students?

If you plan to study any program in Ukraine, you will need to apply for a Ukraine student visa; this is officially known as a Type-D multi-entry visa or Long term visa. This visa is suitable for Pakistani students who plan to stay in Ukraine for longer than 90 days or roughly 3 months. The issuance of a type D visa also allows multiple entries into Ukraine for the period in which the Visa lasts.

The Embassy Application Fee for the student visa is 395 US$ (can be paid in PKR). This fee is not refundable in case the visa is refused. Other fees such as legalization fees (which is 50$ per document) and Gerry’s Office application fee payable equivalent to 24$ exist and are non-refundable as well.
