
Unlike other European countries, the Russian student visa process is very smooth & easy. Students can begin their visa application once they’ve been admitted to any Russian university, up to 45 days before their planned arrival to Russia. STEP 1: OBTAINING AN INVITATION LETTER?
To get an Invitation Letter (Visa Support) issued by the Russian Ministry of Interior, we require following documents:
- Copy of International Passport.
- Copy of High School Certificates (Matriculation & Intermediate).
- Copy of Bachelor Degree (if the student is applying for Master’s degree).
Students can send us mentioned documents through Email, Whatsapp, or by visiting their nearest branch office of Twelve Consultants.
Validity: Once you have received the Invitation Letter, it will be valid for 90 Days Starting from the day of issuance.
STEP 2: How To Get Russian Study VISA From Pakistan?
After getting an invitation letter from 12 Consultants, students should contact the Consular Department of the Embassy of the Russian Federation located in Islamabad.
Students can also contact our local representative office for further information about the Russian Student Visa.
Students should apply to Russian Embassy with the following documents:
- Completely & Correctly filled Visa Application form (https://visa.kdmid.ru).
- Original Invitation Letter issued by Ministry of Interior of the Russian Federation.
- Original International Passport (valid for one year)
- Original School Certificates (Attested From Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pakistan & translated into Russian language).
- Medical Certificate showing absence of Aids/HIV (Attested From Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pakistan)
- 8 Passport size Photos.
- Bank Statement
- Original Police Certificate (with the contact number of issuing authority)
- University Contract for the education signed by both sides.

After obtaining a study visa from the Russian Embassy, students should reserve flight tickets according to their travel plans. Students should contact us about preferable airports & cheap airlines. One of the University’s representatives will welcome the student at the airport. Yes, Russia allows international students to do part-time jobs while they are studying at university. In some particular cases, students need to acquire a work permit from the Federal Migration Service (FMS).
